DOOR AND WINDOW HARDWARE:  Each and every one of your doors and windows need attention because of our harsh Florida climate.  If your home is near the ocean, the salt in the air is extremely corrosive. Over time, it makes all of your doors and windows difficult to operate.  If properly cleaned and lubricated you can avoid expensive replacement costs.

SLIDING DOORS:  When Whitehall technicians enter your home, we take the doors off their tracks before cleaning and lubricating to ensure they will always slide easily.  Rust and corrosion caused by a build up of dust and salt from the sea air can cause serious problems for sliding doors.

LIGHTING LUBRICATION AND BULB REPLACEMENT: Did you realize that in Florida all your light bulb bases require an application of electrical grease in order to prevent corrosion? When untreated the bulbs can corrode in the socket, making it very difficult to remove them when it is time for them to be replaced.  Our technicians also replace lighbulbs that are located in difficult places, such as high ceilings.  We have the proper ladders to take care of awkward chores that can possibly be dangerous for the homeowner.
