Whitehall offers a sophisticated preventive maintenance program.
To begin our process, the Whitehall General Manager and a Home Service Technician jointly conduct an initial assessment and create a custom Service Log that details every room and feature of your house or condominium. They then select the appropriate maintenance and detection procedures that apply to each room. Whitehall Field Service Technicians perform approximately 70 maintenance procedures during their three annual visits to your home.
