Whitehall Professional Home Maintenance employees will at all times:
- Care for the homes and possessions of clients as if they were their own.
- Complete a rigorous training program so they are prepared to perform their duties to the highest technical and moral standards.
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, and adhere to our strict codes of conduct relating to performance and safety, along with personal conduct.
- Conduct maintenance and detection functions in strict accordance with our operations manual.
- Instruct independent contractors, or subcontractors, to meet the same high standards of performance and conduct expected of themselves.
- Not engage in any outside business with a client that could affect their job performance.
- Be committed to the concept of preventive maintenance.
